This user agreement is a public offer (i.e. an offer to conclude an agreement).

1. Terms and Definitions used in this Agreement:

1.1. Website: a collection of texts, graphics, design elements, images, program code, photo and video materials and other results of intellectual activity contained on the Internet under the domain name of https://eabr.org/

1.2. Website Administration: a person who has the rights to administer the Website.

1.3. User: any person who has logged into the Website and accepted the Terms of this Agreement, regardless of whether they completed the registration and authorization procedures or not.

2. Use of personal data

2.1. By accepting the Terms of this Agreement, the User provides the Website Administration with consent to processing of their personal data.

2.2. Personal data shall be processed in view of the following: registration on the Website, registration for Website events, invitations to Bank events, maintaining a database of Bank event visitors, ensuring access to event venue.

2.3. The following personal data shall be subject to processing:

2.3.1. User's last name, first name and patronymic;

2.3.2. Gender;

2.3.3. User's date of birth;

2.3.4. User's photo;

2.3.5. User's nationality;

2.3.6. User's IIN / Personal Identification Number (for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan);

2.3.7. User's identity document series and number;

2.3.8. User's identity document date of issue;

2.3.9. User's identity document date of validity;

2.3.10. User's position;

2.3.11. User's email;

2.3.12. User's phone number.

2.4. Personal data processing presupposes the following personal data actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision of access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion or destruction of personal data.

2.5. By accepting the Terms of this Agreement, the User agrees to receive e-mail messages and calls exclusively for the specified purposes.

2.6. User's personal data may be transferred to third parties:

2.6. This consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked by the User by e-mailing a request to the Website Administration at registration@eabr.org .

2.7. The Website Administration undertakes to use the User's personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Eurasian Development Bank member countries on personal data protection; by doing so, the Administration will use the statutory wording in force at the time of processing such personal data.
